Hi guys!! It’s been a long time since I did nail art, so I decided to make one today. These are snowflake nails for the winter time and I think they are long overdue.
I used two different types of nail art techniques here for a multidimensional effect. I used Essie – Private Weekend as the base on pinkie and ring finger and Cirque Colors – Acid Wash as base on my middle finger. And Il Etait Un Vernis – To The Rainbow And Back and KBShimmer – Snow Way! are bases on my pointer and my thumb.
As soon as polishes were dry I did some dry brushing with all of the mentioned shades above. And I also included Essie – Lots Of Lux for a bit of texture. When I was happy with the pattern on all of the nails, I stamped the snowflakes on my middle and ring finger. For that I used MoYou London Festive No. 02 plate and MoYou London – White Knight stamping polish.
I waited a bit and then topped everything with Alessandro – Gel Look top coat. So far this has been the polish that smudges my nail art the least or it doesn’t smudge it at all. I am glad I got it the Advent Calendar.
Now that I’ve told you all about creating these snowflake nails, here are the rest of the photos. Enjoy!!! xoxo
