Avon Mark. Mineral Crush

avon mark mineral crush

Today I have polishes from Avon Mark. Mineral Crush line swatched for you. They all have a sand finish and are full of small glitter. It wasn’t a problem when I was removing the polishes after swatching, but when you will have them on your nails longer then half an hour, the removal might be a problem. Just so you know. But they do look beautiful though. And perfect for the Holidays!

Now let’s start with the shades.

Pearl* – Avon Mark. Mineral Crush

It is a very pretty delicate rose gold or maybe antique rose with lots of sparkle. The polish dries in to a sand finish, so you can either leave it at that or you can put on a glossy top coat and you will have a glossy finish.

It needed two easy coats to reach full opacity.

Rose Quartz* – Avon Mark. Mineral Crush

This is cute *_*. I can’t believe how much I like it, because it didn’t seem that special in the bottle. You can easily get away with only one coat as you can see on my middle finger, but the colour intensity is much better with two coats.

Ruby* – Avon Mark. Mineral Crus

Beautiful red, but I was hoping that the glitter would be more visible, like with the others. Because I thought it was going to be sparkly, you know for Christmas, instead it’s just sand. So I really miss the sparkle here.

Otherwise the formula is great, easy to apply and the polish was opaque in one coat. I applied one coat on middle finger and the rest are coated in two.

It has golden shimmer visible in the bottle, but not on the nails. That’s a shame.

Diamond* – Avon Mark. Mineral Crus

Although named Diamond, I would say it’s more of a platinum with a rosy touch. It is opaque in one coat, at least it was in person. Here in the photos you can still se the nail line on my middle finger where I put on only one coat.  And the application was easy.

Agate* – Avon Mark. Mineral Crus

Soo pretty *_*! And totally opaque in one coat.

Look at the macro shot, it’s sooooo beautiful *_*!

And what are you thoughts on Avon Mark. Mineral Crush line? How often do you wear sand finish or do you wear it only on special occasions? I do wonder, because I rarely wear it, if at all. I simply forget about it. But it is very handy when it comes to nail art. It gives it a special effect.

My Slovenian readers can get these here, and all foreign readers check with your local Avon.

Thank you for reading and see you in the next post!! xoxo

lovely polishes, I have a couple of them as they have been sold in México during the year.. however, I sadly discover that Avon still makes animal testing and because of that I don’t purchase the brand anymore 🙁
    lovely pics as always!

      Thank you Rosalia <3

I am not sure about them testing. I heard they do not test themselves, but when it comes to China, they have to pay for China to test. I think it's something like that. And I know, it's not ok either. 🙁

Ja, pri Ruby jaz tudi pogrešam, da bi se ti zlati delci v steklenički videli tudi na nohtu.
