Picture Polish – Subtle Magnetic Shift Quartet

Hi guys!! I know, I am terribly late with swatches of these four magnetic beauties, but I have them nonetheless. I wanted to have them the minute they came out, but I only bought them last fall. And I never came around to swatching them. And now I finally decided it’s time to share them with you. The sad part here is that only Story is still in their range, all the rest were discontinued. You can still find them at some of the retailers, but I think there aren’t many bottles available anymore. So if you want them, you should definitely hurry and grab them while they last.

Now let’s start with these.

Mishap – Picture Polish Subtle Magnetic Polish

It’s a gunmetal polish full of holographic particles and a subtle magnetic effect. It goes on nails smoothly and it’s opaque in two coats.

Story – Picture Polish Subtle Magnetic Polish

This is a teal holographic polish with subtle magnetic effect. I applied two coats for full opacity and the application was easy.

Chance – Picture Polish Subtle Magnetic Polish

Chance is a purple holographic nail polish with subtle magnetic effect. I had no trouble with application, it went on smoothly and it was opaque in two coats.

Trouble – Picture Polish Subtle Magnetic Polish

It’s a bit reder in person than here (it’s the most accurate in the first photo of the post). It is again a holographic polish with subtle magnetic effect. I did two easy coats to make it fully opaque.

And what are your thoughts on these polishes? Did you get any? I have to admit that these are my only polishes with this type of finish, so I have no idea how subtle the effect is here. I love it, subtle or not, and those holographic particles are amazing too *_*.

Thank you for reading and see you next time! xoxo

    Hi Metka !
I’m glad you could make a review about these ! Better late than never 😉 Did you use a magnetic pen for this effect ?

They’re all on my wishlist, except for the red one, it’s still available on french retailers, so…

    Gorgeous swatches !

      Thank you Cassandra <3

I used a magnet I have on the fridge 😀 But I have to get the magnetic pen, the effect would probably be better with it 🙂

Grab them while you can 🙂 I am happy I did.
