My Autumn Movember Nails

my autumn movember nails

Hi guys!! I am doing Movember nails again and to tell you the truth I was totally inspirationless. I had no idea what to make, since I do the moustache every year. Well last year I drew it free hand, but still. So I decided to make the moustache and the beard with autumnal colours. Please don’t ask me why I did the glasses :), probably to make the whole thing a bit different. So let me start with how I made it.

So, I started with two coats of Essie – Playing Koi as the base for nail art on all nails. Then I applied on half of nail Essie – Maki Me Happy (both swatched here: Essie Fall 2016 – Kimono-Over Collection) free hand with no vinyls. You can see the lines aren’t straight. Then I waited a bit for the polish to get dry. And then I stamped the patterns on my nails with the help of MoYou London – Hipster Collection plates No. 7 & 12 and MoYou London – Black Knight stamping polish. After the manicure was completely dry I sealed everything with fast drying top coat.

And as you can see this time I didn’t do anything extra with my thumb. I just left it as it was.

Thank you for reading and go and check what Gabi, Ana and Ajda made for this occasion ;). Be good. xoxo
