Hi my lovely readers!! It’s a Saturday evening and I wonder what you are doing. I, well obviously, am writing this post and painting my nails with a new shade that will be up on my blog soon.
And for today I have this summer sunset and two islands full of palm trees. Let’s check more photos and click continue reading for more details.
As soon as I got these two beauties from Alessandro – Sweet As Candy collection to play with I knew I just had to make a sunset manicure.
First I applied two coats of Alessandro – Gummy Bear and waited for it to dry. Then I sponged on the gradient made with Gummy Bear and Alessandro – Ice Ice Baby. They didn’t mix particularly well, but I was satisfied with the result anyway.
And after the gradient was dry I did the stamping with Bundle Monster plate S303 and Kaleidoscope – Black. Here I have to mention that I bought MoYou London – Kaleidoscopic stamper, which is one of the clear stampers that make the stamping so much easier and more accurate. I plan to make a review of all the stampers I have in my stash somewhere in the future, so stay tuned for that. For now, I am only going to say I needed some adjustments in my stamping technique and now it’s working perfectly. And yes, I used it here and as you see the palms look perfect. I added islands to the trees so they weren’t floating up in the air 🙂 (there are only the trees on the plate).
To seal the mani I applied fast drying top coat on top of my nail art.
So how do you like this sunset? If you enjoyed it you can share it with your friends with share icons down bellow.
Thank you for reading and see you in next post.
