Hi guys!! Are you feeling the spring already? Well, I do, although it was supposed to snow last night, but it didn’t. And now we have a gorgeous sunny day ahead and I can literally smell the spring.
So I decided to do something brighter, a lot brighter :). And as I was searching through my blog I just found this post where I used the same polish combo only I made a different pattern. I guess these two colours go well together since I keep finding them suitable for each other :).
First I applied two coats of ILNP – Summer Crush and one coat of Essie – Good To Go to make the mani dry fast. After waiting for twenty minutes I started to sponge on the gradient of Summer Crush and ILNP – Bikini Bottoms. And just before that I applied Cuticle Defender from Kaleidoscope on the skin around all of the nails to minimize the clean up after all the sponging and stamping.
When I was satisfied with the gradient, I applied one coat of Essie – Gel Setter, again to make the mani dry fast. And again I waited for twenty minutes before I did the stamping. I used MoYou London plate No. 8 from Holy Shapes Collection and Kaleidoscope – 02 White stamping polish.
You can see in this macro that the pattern got crooked on some nails. I think my hands were a bit shaky, because after I put my hand on the table and transferred the pattern while having my hand on the table, it got a bit better.
Have a great day and thank you for reading!
