Hi guys!! Today I have a gorgeous multi chrome Meta Collection* from Cirque Colors swatched and reviewed for you.
First of all I am going to say that all the polishes were easy to apply and I had no problems working with them around the cuticles. The brush is thin, but it didn’t give me any issues, the bristles spread easily and I was able to get away with almost no clean up.
And now to the polishes.
Some Great Reward – Cirque Colors Meta Collection
This one is very opaque, so if you apply carefully you can get away with only one coat. But I applied two here for the swatching purposes. It was a bit brush strokey, but not too much. You can see the strokes in photos, but they didn’t bother me in person.
As you can see it has a minor shift in colour, almost invisible. But in the macro shots bellow, the shift can be visible. You have to look at a big angle and then you see the shift. It shifts from golden green to green.
Techno Manifesto – Cirque Colors Meta Collection
It was less brush strokey than the previous one, well the strokes are barely there. And it needed two coats to reach full opacity.
Look at the colour shifts with this one *-*. It shifts all the way from green, to golden green to rosy pink. Amazing!
Cabaret Voltaire – Cirque Colors Meta Collection
Now my favourite colours start to come in. This one shifts from purple to yellow to orange/brown. So perfect for the fall!!
Oh my! No brush strokes, easy to apply and it was opaque in two coats. And this one sparkles, really, it’s amazing, it seems like it has small sparkly flakes in there.
Version Infinity – Cirque Colors Meta Collection
No brush strokes, two coats for full opacity and this one was so easy to apply, that I didn’t have any clean up to do.
It shifts from purple to blue.
Ghost In The Machine – Cirque Colors Meta Collection
There were no brush strokes present and it needed two coats for full opacity.
The colour transition here is from purple to blue to green.
It looks like this collection starts with the green colour and it ends with green and the polishes seem to continue the colour transition from one to another. It’s like they are all connected somehow.
And I noticed these multichromes have shimmer and some sort of small sparkly flakes. It doesn’t say anything on their site about this flakes, but I can see them in there and they really give the multichrome a special effect, like there are stars in there. Beautiful!
All in all I love this collection, easy to apply, beautiful colours and they are a bit different from regular multichrome polishes because of the shimmer and sparkle.
And what do you think my dear readers, do you like them or not?
Thank you for reading and see you in the next post! xoxo
