Here they are. Some are new shades and some are older ones, but I love them all.
Sorbet – piCture pOlish
This one was released some time this year, I think it was in the spring. I wanted to buy it ever since it got out, but for some reason I always forgot to add it to the orders I was placing. And this time I didn’t forget about it, so here it is.
Whenever I see this polish I think of lemon sorbet :), refreshing lemon sorbet. It is a pale yellow crème polish, so I would say it falls in to the category of pastel colours. It is opaque in two coats, but there were some spots that were still sheer, so maybe it would be better to apply three coats, just to be sure.
It was a bit streaky and it didn’t completely evened out when it dried, but I like it non the less, because of it’s gorgeous light colour.
Bardot – piCture pOlish
Oh my, I love this one. It is the kind of nude that I just can’t get enough of. It suits my complexion perfectly. This is from the latest extension of PP shades and it falls in to the Opulence Shades.
It was very easy to apply and it needed three coats for full opacity. Maybe, if you applied lumpy coats, you could get away with only two.
This shade really makes you feel luxurious.
Calm – piCture pOlish
This polish was my biggest disappointment. But not regarding the quality. I expected it to be as blue as it is here, but in real life it is way more greener. So that was disappointing. Other than that, it was great!
You can see the real colour in the photo below (I changed it in Photoshop, so it is as close as it is possible to the polish in real life). I have no idea why this one is so hard to photograph. I mean, colour in person is totally different from the colour in photos. And at first I thought I got the wrong polish, that it somehow got misslabeled, but I checked other’s swatches and they were the same, blue, just like mine.
So, it is as sparkly and everything just like on the photos with my hands, but the colour is more like the one in the bottle in this photo.
It needs three coats to reach full opacity and it has a jelly finish.
Fool’s Gold – piCture pOlish
This one I have been craving for quite some time. I was on and off about buying it, but now I finally decided to buy it and here it is, a beautiful turquoise full of gold flecks.
It was easy to apply, the glitter gave me no issues and it was opaque in two coats.
Look at it, it’s gorgeous!
Allure – piCture pOlish
Last but not least is this amazing fuchsia purple polish full of scatter holo. This one really is amazing, easy to apply, two coats for full opacity and the colour is perfect for my skin tone. What more can I ask for?
I am just going to let you feast your eyes on this one, because I have nothing else to say, it’s simply perfect!
So, what do you think of my latest additions to my piCture pOlish stash? Do you like them? I do, all of them, except Calm needs to grow on me a little :).
Thank you all for reading and see you next time. xoxo
